摘要
随着科学技术的进步和经济的飞速发展,在工业生产中薄壁零件的应用范围正在不断扩大,薄壁零件具有质量轻、结构紧凑、节约材料等优点,但也存在刚度不够、强度比较弱等不足,使其在加工生产中容易出现切削振动、加工变形等问题,加工质量难以保证。主要介绍了在数控车床上加工一种高光相机薄壁零件的车床夹具的改进设计。经过实践检验,该夹具操作简捷方便,定位坚实可靠,既能有效保证产品加工质量,又能大幅提高生产效率,取得了良好的经济效益。
With the progress of science and technology,as well as the rapid development of economy,the application scope of thin-walled parts was expanding constantly in the industrial production.The advantages of thin-walled parts included light weight,compact structure,materials saving and so on,but the weakness of them can also not be ignored,such as insufficient rigidity,weak strength and so on,which made vibration cutting and machining distortion during the production process,the quality of production was hard to guaranteed.One kind of improved design used on the CNC lathe for specular camera thin-walled parts was mainly introduced.After practical test,the fixture was easy to operate,solid and reliable in positioning.It can not only effectively ensure the quality of product processing,but also can greatly improve the production efficiency,which achieved good economic benefits.
