摘要
该产品不同于以往的同步电动机,是集电力电子、自动控制、变频调速、电机和机械加工为一体的高技术含量产品,该电机运行条件苛刻,频繁正反转,运行过程中谐波影响大,要求有6倍的过载能力,转速低,长期运行在60~150rpm,额定轴向推力125吨,法兰直径达到φ1600(厚度300mm),单件最大重量达78.5吨,是我公司目前研制难度最大的一台电机,是公司进入冶金行业轧钢领域的首台套电机。
For a large-capacity synchronous motor in variable-frequency condition, the key techniques such as the electromagnetic calculation of the motor, the intensity calculations of the bolts connecting three section shafts and connecting magnetic poles, the reliability analysis technology of large rotating structure, the designs of large-torque low-speed rotor frequently withstanding forward and backward impact, the ventilation cooling technologies of slip ring and electric brush at low speed, the designs of big thrust sliding bearing, high-pressure oil jacking device and auxiliary oil station, and the reliability design, manufacture and modal analysis of stator are analyzed. The variable-frequency synchronous motor with high technical difficulties is developed, which meets the needs of users and creates technical support and economic value in a new field.
