摘要 发电机是电网的主要设备,铁心是电机磁路的关键部分,在制造时应尽量减少铁耗,影响铁耗因素众多,优化铁心叠压工艺对降低铁耗十分关键,因此通过查阅大量资料和反复试验验证,通过高、低多次施压的方法,效果很好,达到了降低高效电机铁耗的目的,从中获得了一些对高效电机实际制造过程具有指导性的结论。 The generator is the main equipment of electric grid, and the iron core is key part of motor magnetic circuit, so the iron loss should be reduced as far as possible in manufacturing process. Many factors can influence the iron loss, and the critical one of them is to reduce iron loss by optimizing core lamination process. Therefore, through looking at a large number of data and repeating experiment and verification, the method of putting high and low pressures for many times is adopted. It has good effect, and reaches the aim to reduce iron loss of high-efficiency motor. From which, some guide conclusions of high-efficiency motor in actual manufacturing process have been gained.
