摘要 针对风柴储生物质独立微电网系统在不同运行模式下的供电可靠性问题,基于不同电源设备的系统功能定位,分别制定风电机组限功率控制、柴油发电机动态区间控制、电池储能系统改进充放电控制、生物质发电系统辅助调频控制以及独立微电网两级旋转备用策略,并进一步提出一种基于模式转换的独立微电网实时运行控制方法,使其在所有既定运行模式的正常工况与紧急工况下都能实现平稳转换并保持稳定运行,从而有效地发挥各分布式电源的技术特点,提高独立微电网的综合发电效率。典型工况下的案例分析验证了上述方法的有效性。 In order to solve the power supply reliability problems of wind/biomass/diesel/battery stand-alone microgrid (SAMG) under various operational modes, the output limitation control of wind turbine generator (WTG), the dynamic range control of diesel engine (DE), the improved charge and discharge control of battery energy storage system (BESS), the auxiliary frequency control of biomass power generator (BPG) and the two-stage spinning reserve strategy of SAMG were designed respectively based on the system functional orientation of different power equipment, and the real-time operational control method of SAMG based on mode switch was proposed subsequently, which can be used not only to realize smooth transition but also to keep stable operation under both normal and urgent conditions, so as to effectively exert the technical characteristics of diversified distributed power supply equipment and improve the comprehensive efficiency of SAMG. The case analysis results under typical working conditions verify the validity of the proposed method.
