摘要
为解决微电网故障定位问题,本文通过分析其故障特性和逆变器电源故障后输出要求,提出采用新故障特征的变频式继电保护方案,设计可输出变频故障电流的逆变器电源和变频式过电流继电保护装置。在逆变器电源侧将等效于旋转发电机的短路电流转换为幅值固定而频率变化的短路输出电流。保护装置则可以将幅值固定但频率变化的实测电流转换为频率为50Hz但幅值可以很高的虚拟短路电流,同时获得虚拟短路电压,可用于过电流保护和低电压保护等。最后通过Matlab和RTDS仿真实验验证了微电网保护通过变频方式解决的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of micro-grid fault location, the variable frequency based relay protection is established by analyzes the fault characteristics and output requirements of inverter power failure. The inverter source, which can output variable frequency current and the improved relay device, are designed. The amplitude of virtual current, which is the same as generated by rotating electric machine, is modulated into frequency. Meanwhile, the relay device can demodulate the variable frequency current into equivalent current again. Then the virtual current of 50Hz and high amplitude can be used in traditional protection method. Finally, the effectiveness of the scheme is verified by Matlab and RTDS simulation experiments.
