摘要
对近三年来阿坝藏族羌族自治州入职的294名特岗教师进行师德状况调查,88.44%的特岗教师师德处于"优秀/良好"水平。不同性别、学历、工作时间、职业自豪感、师德规范认知与执行、服务期满去留、职业挫折感等因素在个体的师德观念、行为和品质等方面存在显著差异,影响其师德健康发展,容易诱发潜在师德失范等风险。建议构建全方位师德建设体系,将师德教育融入教师专业发展全程,利用网络培育师德建设共同体,形塑师德发展良性生态链。
In the last three years,294 teachers in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture were investigated,and 88.44% of them were at the level of"excellent/good".Gender,academic background,working hours,professional pride,teachers' moral norm cognition and enforcement,service period end or not,career frustration and other factors have significant differences in the factors of individual moral concept,behavior and quality,etc.Affecting the healthy development of teachers' ethics,it is easy to induce potential teachers' moral anomie and other risks.It is suggested to construct a comprehensive construction system of teachers' ethics,to integrate teacher moral education into the whole process of teachers' professional development,to cultivate a community of teachers' ethics through the use of network,and to shape positive ecological chain of teachers ethics development.
