6月19日,市政府外办主任李谦在外事大楼会见了前来离任拜访的德国驻成都总领事任汉平,并与其亲切话别。李谦说,任汉平总领事在短短几个月的任期里,数度来渝,积极支持重庆市重大国际交流活动,努力推动重庆与德国经贸合作和人文交流,取得显著成效。他希望任汉平总领事回国后不忘推动重庆与德国的交流与合作的“初心”,继续关注重庆发展,为推动中德友好、推动重庆与德国各领域合作发挥更大的作用。
On June 19,Li Qian,Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,met with Von Rimscha,German Consul General in Chengdu,who was on his way out,and bid farewell to him.Li Qian said that during the short ten-month tenure,Consul General Von Rimscha has made impressive achievement by promoting major international exchanges and enhancing economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between Chongqing and Germany.Li hopes that after returning to Germany,Von Rimscha will stay true to the original aspiration of promoting mutual exchanges and cooperation,pay attention to Chongqing’s development,thus playing a greater role in promoting Sino-German friendship and cooperation.
