Colombian Ambassador to China Luis Diego Monsalve:Enormous Cooperation Potential between Chongqing and Colombia,Closer Exchanges in Various Fields

“这是我首次到访重庆,这是一座非常美丽的山城,让我想起了我的家乡麦德林市,麦德林和重庆一样坐落在群山之中。同时,重庆还是一个非常现代化的城市,市容市貌非常美丽。”6月19日,来渝访问的哥伦比亚驻华大使路易斯·蒙萨尔韦在重庆外事大楼接受记者采访时表达了对重庆的赞赏之情。蒙萨尔韦说,他所看到的重庆是一个极具影响力的大都市,开放而友好。

“This is my first visit to Chongqing.It is a very beautiful mountain city,which reminds me of my hometown of Medellin,a city surrounded by mountains like Chongqing.At the same time,Chongqing is also a very modern city with splendid landscape.”On June 19th,Luis Diego Monsalve,Colombian Ambassador to China,expressed his appreciation of Chongqing in an interview in Chongqing foreign affairs building.Monsalve said that Chongqing is a significant,open and friendly metropolis.
