摘要
针对粉细砂岩油藏研发的KSJ-1成膜型控砂剂,具有对地层伤害率低、耐冲刷性能高、对油层进行深部控砂、作业无需候凝的特点。控砂原理是含有酰胺基、氨基、正电荷的控砂剂与带负电荷、羟基的砂粒,通过静电作用相互吸附,并形成稳定均匀多孔的分子膜,将地层粉细砂或黏土颗粒原位固定。通过对控砂剂进行耐冲刷性能评价,结果表明,控砂剂耐冲刷排量达6 000 mL·h^-1,耐冲刷性能远高于常用抑砂剂900 mL·h^-1的耐冲刷排量,控砂作用显著。现场应用5口油井,防砂成功率达100%,截至2018年5月,5口井累计增油6 200 t,应用效果良好。
The KSJ-1 film-forming sand control agent developed for fine sandstone reservoirs has the characteristics of low damage rate to the formation, high erosion resistance, deep sand control on the oil layer, and no need for waiting on cement to save time. The sand control principle is that the amide group, amino group and positive charge of sand control agent adsorbs with the negatively charged, hydroxyl group of sand particles by electrostatic interaction, then form stable, uniform and porous molecular film. The molecular film can fix fine-siltstone or clay particles in normal position. Through the evaluation on the erosion resistance of the sand control agent, the results show that the sand control agent has good sand control effect. The erosion resistance of sand control agent can reach 6,000 mL·h-1, and the erosion resistance is much higher than that of the commonly used sand suppressant 900 mL·h-1. KSJ-1 has been used in five wells and the sand prevention success rate reached 100%. The application effect was good, the cumulative production of five wells increased to 6,200 tons by the end of May 2018.
