北京市公租房保障对象需求偏好影响因素分析

Research on Demand Preference and Supply Mode of Public Rental Housing

以北京市为例,运用Logit模型对公租房保障对象需求偏好的影响因素进行分析.实证结果表明,公租房保障对象的群体特征对需求偏好具有显著影响,当前北京市的公租房供给方式有必要根据需求偏好进行相应调整,让保障对象有更多获得感.

Taking Beijing as an example,affecting factors of demand preference for public rental housing were analyzed based on Logit model.The empirical results show that the group characteristics of public rental housing security objects have a significant impact on demand preference.It is necessary to adjust the supply mode of public rental housing in Beijing according to demand preference,so as to make security objects have sense of gain.
