高技能阶段跳高运动员专项身体运动功能训练程度评定模型的研究

Research on Evaluation Model of Specific Physical Function Training Degree of High Jumpers in High Level Stage

目的:综合性监督方法在高技能阶段跳高运动员的训练监控系统中具有重要作用。通过对38名跳高运动员进行监督性练习和测试,为高技能阶段跳高运动员专项身体运动功能训练程度的监控和评定提供依据。方法:运用问卷调查法和数理统计法。结论:构建的跳高运动员身体运动功能训练程度评定模型能揭示跳高运动员专项训练的强度大小;针对训练强度小的方面制定校正性训练计划;发现跳高运动员的潜能和根据跳高运动员在比赛练习中表现的身体运动功能训练程度评定其运动技术水平;找出提高跳高运动员专项身体运动功能训练程度的具体方法。监督性练习的评定结果以分值表示能够在实践中监控高技能阶段跳高运动员身体运动功能训练程度,并能对高技能阶段跳高运动员身体运动功能训练各个方面进行动态对比,使测试指标符合比赛成绩要求,同时可间接地评定高技能阶段跳高运动员的运动技术训练水平。

Objectives: Comprehensive supervision plays an important role in the training system of controlling elite high jumpers. Through the research of supervised training and test of 38 high jumpers, this paper provides the basis for the supervision and evaluation model of high jumpers’special physical training in high level stage. Through supervisory exercises and tests on 38 high jumpers, this paper provides a basis for monitoring and evaluating the training level of special physical function of high jumpers in high level stage. Methods: questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Conclusions: the developed evaluation model of high jumpers’ physical training can reveal the intensity of high jumpers’special training;a corrective training program for improving the aspects of training level and intensity should be selected;it is necessary to discover the potential of high jumpers and to evaluate their athletic skill level according to their physical training level in competition and practice;and it is of importance to find out the concrete way to improve the high jump athlete’s special physical training. The evaluation result of supervised training is expressed by the score, which can supervise the physical training level of elite high jump athletes in practice, and can dynamically compare all aspects of physical training of elite high jump athletes, so that the test indicators can meet the requirements of competition results, and indirectly evaluate the level of sports technical training of high jump athletes in high level stage at the same time.
