应用N-PMI制备耐热ABS树脂新工艺研究

摘要 文中设计新的合成工艺制备耐热ABS树脂,通过乳液聚合法合成大分子量专用相容剂SMN及带有耐热官能团专用ABS粉料,再与专用SAN树脂在相关助剂的作用下掺混制得耐热ABS树脂。并讨论了相容剂苯乙烯-丙烯睛-氮苯基马来酰亚胺共聚物含量及组成对耐热ABS树脂性能的影响。 This paper introduced a new synthesis process to prepare heat-resistant ABS resin, synthesized the special compatibility agent SMN with large molecular weight and special ABS powder with heat-resistant functional groups by emulsion polymerization, then prepared the heat-resistant ABS resin by mixing with special SAN resin under the action of relevant auxiliaries, discussed the influence of the content and composition of copolymer of compatibilizer styrene - acrylonitrile - nitrophenyl maleimide on the properties of heat-resistant ABS resin.
