摘要
文中阐述了低温甲烷化催化剂钝化技术在某乙烯装置中的应用。由于镰基甲烷化催化剂具有自燃特性,接触空气会导致过度放热并对催化剂造成永久伤害。因此在旧催化剂卸出前需进行钝化处理,2018年装置大检修对甲烷化催化剂进行更换,在卸出前采用含氧氮气进行钝化,整个卸剂过程未发生飞温现象。
This paper described the application of low temperature methanation catalyst passivation in an ethylene plant. Because nickel-based methanation catalysts have spontaneous combustion properties,辻 could lead to excessive heat release and permanent damage to the catalyst by contacting with air. Therefore, the old catalyst should be passivated before unloading. The methanation catalysts were replaced during the plant overhaul in 2018 and passivated with oxygen-containing nitrogen before unloading that no temperature runaway occurred during the catalyst unloading.
