摘要
采用AspenPlus化工过程模拟软件针对裂解装置碳三加氢单元建立平推流反应器模型,模拟计算得到的数据与实际设计参数相吻合。根据模型计算结果探寻稳态操作条件下各工艺参数对生产运行产生的影响,寻求不同工况条件下配氢量、温度、循环量、操作压力等操作参数的最优化设定,为实际生产优化提供参考。
The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to establish the plug flow reactor model for C3 hydrogenation unit of cracking plant and the calculation data achieved was consistent with actual design parameter. According to the calculation results by model, this paper explored the influence of various process parameters on production operation under steady operating conditions and the optimal setting of operating parameters such as hydrogen volume, temperature, circulation volume and operating pressure under different operating conditions to provide a reference for actual production optimization.
