摘要
了解用户的信息需求,并有针对性地开展信息服务一直是图书馆工作的重点和难点。社交网络环境的形成与发展,为研究用户信息需求提供了新的途径和可能。本文通过网络调查法,以上海市图书馆新浪官方微博“上海图书馆信使”连续三个月所发布微博的用户互动信息(包括阅读、点赞、转发、评论等)为样本,分析了用户的信息需求类型、信息需求内容和信息需求动机,为图书馆了解用户信息需求、有针对性地开展信息服务提供参考建议。
Understanding the user’s information needs and providing pointed information services has always been an important and difficult problem in library service. The formation and development of social network provides a new approach and possibility for researching users’ information needs. This paper takes three consecutive months of users’ interaction information (including reading, likes, forwards, comments, etc.) with Shanghai Library’s official micro-blog “Shanghai Library Messenger” as an example, and analyzes the types, contents and the motivations of users’ information needs. It provides some reference suggestions for libraries to understand users’ information needs and provide targeted information services.
