乡村振兴战略背景下农村职业教育发展路径探究

乡村振兴,关键靠人。乡村振兴战略的实施对我国农村职业教育提出了培养农村人才、助推农村成人教育发展、推进农业农村现代化、促进精准扶贫顺利发展等新的要求。当前我国农村职业教育存在观念相对落后、对职业教育认识不到位,师资力量薄弱、教育质量不高,法律制度不健全,农村职业教育体系不完善等问题,制约着乡村振兴人力资本的开发与需求。为此,应根据乡村振兴战略的具体要求,采取针对性措施逐步破解,具体措施包括:加强师资队伍建设,打造高素质教师队伍;健全法律制度,完善乡村振兴战略法律供给;面向乡村振兴优化农村职业教育体系。

Rural revitalization is critical to people. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for the training of rural talents, promoting the development of rural adult education, promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and promoting the smooth development of accurate poverty alleviation. At present, the concept of rural vocational education in China is relatively backward, the understanding of vocational education is not in place, the teaching capacity is weak, the quality of education is not high, the legal system is not perfect, rural vocational education system is not perfect and so on. Therefore, according to the specific requirements of rural revitalization strategy, targeted measures should be taken to gradually solve the specific problems. It includes strengthening the construction of teaching staff, building high-quality teachers, perfecting the legal system, perfecting the strategic legal supply of rural revitalization, and optimizing the rural vocational education system for rural revitalization.
