摘要
企业职工文化活动分层化建设理念来源于激进建构主义理论和马斯洛需求层次理论,主张以职工的需求为中心,以提高职工对职工文化活动参与积极性为目标,将职工文化承担的教育职能通过寓教于乐的途径开展起来,实现全面提升职工职业素质的目标。
The notion of stratified construction of cultural activities of corporate employees comes from the radical constructivism theory as well as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, proposing to centering around the needs of the employees while enhancing the participation of employees in cultural activities as a target, delivering the education function of corporate culture through entertainment to comprehensively upgrade the professional qualities of employees.
