钢托盘抛丸工艺的设备选型

摘要 近年来,随着国家环保战略的实施,各地政府出台了近乎一致的严厉措施:原则上不再审批新建铜、不锈钢、线材等金属表面酸洗、磷化、电解抛光等表面处理的代加工项目。传统制造业一直沿用的酸洗磷化表面处理工艺面临退出。在此背景下,钢质托盘产品如何生存发展成为企业的一大难题。通过长期试验和综合对比,拟通过选用钢托盘产品适用的抛丸设备,以高效低成本的纯物理抛丸工艺取代传统酸洗磷化。 In recent years,with the implementation of the national environmental protection strategy of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,local governments have issued almost the same harsh measures:In principle,it is no longer necessary to approve new metal surface processing projects such as pickling,phosphating and electrolytic polishing of copper,stainless steel and wire.Pickling and phosphating surface treatment technologies,which have been used in the traditional manufacturing industry,will be replaced.Under this background,how to survive and develop steel pallet products has become a big problem for enterprises.Through long-term test and comparison,It is proposed to replace the traditional pickling and phosphating with the high efficiency and low cost pure physical shot blasting process by selecting the shot blasting equipment suitable for steel pallet products.
