近年来,随着国家环保战略的实施,各地政府出台了近乎一致的严厉措施:原则上不再审批新建铜、不锈钢、线材等金属表面酸洗、磷化、电解抛光等表面处理的代加工项目。传统制造业一直沿用的酸洗磷化表面处理工艺面临退出。在此背景下,钢质托盘产品如何生存发展成为企业的一大难题。通过长期试验和综合对比,拟通过选用钢托盘产品适用的抛丸设备,以高效低成本的纯物理抛丸工艺取代传统酸洗磷化。
