摘要
鉴于二氧化硫分析仪中国标推荐的分析方法为紫外荧光法,根据此原理对两种光路进行了光学设计,并在ZEMAX中进行仿真和优化,结果显示:光路1的最终能量百分比为49%,光路2为9%;光路1的PMT位置光束半径为2.738mm,光路2为1.291mm。
The analytical method recommended by the Chinese standard for sulfur dioxide analyzer is ultraviolet fluorescence method.According to this principle,the optical design of two optical paths is carried out,and the simulation and optimization are carried out in ZEMAX.The results show that the final energy percentage of optical path one is 49%,and that of optical path two is 9%.The beam radius at the PMT position of optical path one is 2.738 mm,while that of optical path two is 1.291 mm.
