天津市滨海新区虚拟全景气象观测场设计与实现

摘要 随着社会、经济和科技的发展,气象与国计民生的关系越来越紧密,人们的社会气象意识、气象观念提升,对气象工作也有了新的要求。在气象科普工作中引入“互联网+”气象宣传,有助于气象科普工作更好地为公众服务。依托天津市滨海新区气象科普基地设施,利用虚拟全景技术,结合多种格式的音频、图形文件嵌入方法,建成具有互动功能的虚拟现实气象观测站特色展区,在滨海新区气象科普基地布设终端显示,通过线上线下结合的方式,完成气象站内百叶箱、闪电定位、能见度、地温表等测量仪器的原理图例动画,实时显示站点获得的气象资料数据,绘制不同曲线,旨在提升科普基地体验、互动、宣传、教育等能力。 With the development of society,economy and science and technology,the relationship between meteorology and the national economy and people's livelihood is getting closer.People's social and meteorological awareness and improved meteorological concepts impose new requirements for meteorological work.The introduction of“Internet+”weather propaganda in meteorological science work will help meteorological science work to better serve the public.Relying on the meteorological science base facilities of Binhai New Area,using virtual panorama technology,and combined with embedding methods of audio and graphic files in various formats,a characteristic exhibition area of virtual reality meteorological observation station with interactive functions is built.The terminal display in Binhai New Area meteorological science base is set up.The schematic diagram animation of the measuring instrument such as the thermometer screen,lightning positioning,visibility and geothermal meter in the station is completed through the combination of online and offline.The meteorological data obtained by the station are real-timely displayed,and different curves are drawn to enhance the experience,interaction,propaganda,education and other capabilities of the science base.
