高效液相色谱法测定木姜叶柯中根皮苷、三叶苷和根皮素的含量 被引量:10

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定木姜叶柯中三叶苷、根皮苷和根皮素的含量。采用C18色谱柱;检测波长285nm,流动相为乙腈-0.04%甲酸,梯度洗脱;流速0.8mL/min;柱温40℃。三叶苷、根皮苷和根皮素的加标回收率分别为102.54%、102.01%和102.12%,RSD分别为1.66%、2.21%和2.38%。该方法适用于木姜叶柯中根皮苷、三叶苷和根皮素的含量分析,为其药材质量的判定提供数据参考。 High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine phlorizin,trilobatin and phloretin in Lithocarpus litseifolius.The separation of target components was performed on a C18 column.The detection wavelength was 285 nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(0.04%formic acid),with gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.Column temperature was 40℃.The standard recoveries of phlorizin,trilobatin and phloretin were 102.54%(RSD 1.66%),102.01%(RSD 2.21%)and 102.12%(RSD 2.38%),respectively.This method can be used to analyze the content of phlorizin,trilobatin and phloretin simultaneously,and can provide reference for quality control of the L.litseifolius.
