摘要
对主给水管道进行力学分析时有两种方法考虑主回路影响,一种是连着主回路模型一起计算;另外一种是与主回路模型解耦计算,通过在解耦处施加主回路产生的地震谱及位移来模拟主回路影响。以主给水管道解耦模型为研究对象、以PIPESTRESS有限元软件为工具,对主给水管道管嘴到蒸发器解耦约束点处的模型分别采用RIGD单元和SPRS单元开展抗震分析,对比采用这两种单元建模时主给水管道在地震载荷下的应力、反力及阀门加速度的变化情况,为后续主给水管道与蒸发器解耦模型建模方式提供指导。
There are two methods to consider the influence of main loop in mechanical analysis of main feed water pipeline,one is to calculate together with the main loop model,the other is to decouple from the main loop model and simulate the influence of the main loop by applying the seismic spectrum and displacement generated by the main loop at the decoupling point.In the paper,the decoupling model of the main feed water pipeline was taken as the research object,the finite element software PIPESTRESS was used as the tool to carry out the seismic analysis of the model from the main feed water pipeline nozzle to the steam generator decoupling constraint point by RIGD element and SPRS element,respectively.The changes of stress,support reaction force and valve acceleration of the main feed water pipeline under seismic load when using RIDG element and SPRS element to build the model were compared to provide guidance for the building method of subsequent decoupling model of the main feed water pipeline and steam generator.
