摘要
合成气废热回收加热器是Cassle氨合成技术中的关键设备,以某出口项目Cassle技术氨合成塔的合成气废热回收加热器为研究对象,阐述了合成气废热回收加热器的结构特点、关键制造工序及制造难点的解决方案,为制造类似结构和要求的产品积累了经验。
The converter effluent hot BFW heater is an important equipment in Cassale ammonia converter technology.By taking the converter effluent hot BFW heater for ammonia synthesis tower of Cassle technology for an export project as the research object,the structural characteristics,key manufacturing procedures and solutions to manufacturing difficulties of the effluent hot BFW heater were described to accumulate valuable experience for manufacturing of the products with the similar structure and requirements .
