摘要
便拆装式主轴是陶瓷托辊专用锯床的关键部件,在其工作中,主轴系统需高速旋转,用于切割陶瓷托辊毛坯,加工要求较高。为了分析其工作性能,应用有限元ANSYS软件对主轴进行有限元的建模与模态分析,得到各阶固有频率与振型,求出主轴的临界转速,并进行锤击实验法进一步对比验证,并且应用主轴动力学知识分析了轴系的扭转振动与轴的动强度。通过对主轴各项指标的分析,对主轴性能进行评价,为进一步优化主轴提供了理论依据。
The main shaft is the key part of the special sawing machine for ceramic roller.In its work,the spindle system needs high-speed rotation,which is used for cutting the blank of ceramic roller,and the machining requirements are high.To analyze its work performance,the ANSYS software is used for the main shaft in finite element modeling and modal analysis.Each order natural frequency and vibration model were gotten,the critical speed of the spindle was solved,and was further compared and verified with the hammer into shape method.The knowledge of spindle dynamics was applied to analyze the torsional vibration and the shaft dynamic strength.Through the analysis of the main indicators,to evaluate the performance of main shaft,which provides the theoretical foundation for further optimization.
