论工程竣工结算中存在的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures in the Settlement of Engineering Completion

工程竣工结算是一项涉及面广、专业性强、业务复杂的综合性工作,直接关系到建设单位投资效益和施工企业经济效益。在我国工程结算过程各个环节出现的问题,不但阻碍了工程建设的进程,而且还有可能影响到施工企业的健康发展。本文在分析我国工程竣工结算现存问题的基础上,按照笔者的经验,提出了一些相应的对策和建议。

Project completion settlement is a comprehensive work involving a wide range of areas, strong professionalism and complex business, which is directly related to the investment efficiency of construction units and the economic benefits of construction enterprises. The problems that arise in all aspects of the project settlement process in China not only hinder the progress of the project construction, but also may affect the healthy development of the construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of engineering completion settlement in China, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the author's experience.
