试论水利水电施工工程技术中的问题及环境保护

Discussion on Problems in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Engineering Technology and Environmental Protection

近些年来,水利工程建设对国家经济保持高水平发展提供了重要的源动力。但与此同时,水利水电工程也对环境保护构成了较大的压力。在继续推进经济建设核心任务的同时,也要注意提升环境保护意识,实现可持续发展。文章结合笔者多年工作经验,梳理了水利水电工程主要施工技术中需注意的关键问题,列举了施工过程对环境产生的影响,提出相应的环保措施,以供行业内相关人员进行参考。

In recent years, the construction of water conservancy projects has provided an important source of power for the country's economy to maintain a high level of development. However, at the same time, the water conservancy and hydropower projects have also put a lot of pressure on environmental protection. While continuing to advance the core tasks of economic construction, we must also pay attention to raising awareness of environmental protection and achieving sustainable development. Combining the author's many years of work experience, the article sorts out the key issues that need to be paid attention to in the main construction technology of water conservancy and hydropower projects, enumerates the impact of the construction process on the environment, and proposes corresponding environmental protection measures for the reference of relevant personnel in the industry.
