摘要
本文针对管道施工中安装应力、管道清洁度对汽轮机质量产生影响因素,根据陕西渭河发电有限公司#6机组汽轮机通流间隙及高背压改造中导汽、抽汽、排汽管道施工的技术要求和特点,在确保安全和质量前提下,采取了必要的施工措施。
In this paper, in view of the influence factors of installation stress and pipeline cleanliness on the quality of steam turbines in pipeline construction, the technical requirements and features of steam extraction, steam diversion, exhaust steam pipe construction in the turbine flow gap and high back pressure of #6 unit of Shaanxi Weihe Power Generation Co., Ltd. are analyzed and the necessary construction measures under the premise of ensuring safety and quality are proposed.
