Application Research of PPP Investment and Financing Mode in Expressway Construction

高速公路作为国民经济基础性、先导性的行业,近些年由于筹集资金困难,在高速公路的飞速发展中,公共财政投入已经不能在满足其需求。PPP模式作为一种重要的融资方式,能够解决项目资金短缺、融资渠道单一的难题,因而在我国交通领域得到了广泛应用。本文结合高速公路投融资的现状,对PPP融资模式进行了一系列的分析,并着重分析了其中存在的优势内容,并对其在高速公路建设中的应用做了讲解和分析,旨在为提高高速公路建设的健康持续发展。

Expressway is a basic and leading industry in the national economy. Due to difficulties in raising funds in recent years, in the rapid development of expressways, public finance investment can no longer meet their needs. As an important financing method, PPP mode can solve the problem of project capital shortage and single financing channel, so it has been widely used in China’s transportation field. Based on the status quo of expressway investment and financing, this paper analyzes the PPP financing model and analyzes the existing advantages. It also explains and analyzes its application in expressway construction, aiming to improve the healthy and continuous development of expressway.
