摘要
BIM和GIS源自不同的领域,并根据各自特定的需求进行开发。BIM系统是基于三维信息(3D)的技术,侧重于生成对象最大细节的表达,GIS则侧重于分析我们周围存在的对象。然而,两个领域的信息交流越来越紧密,本文着重介绍GIS与BIM技术,分析探讨BIM技术与GIS技术融合应用,以使城市可视化,让城市未建先见。
BIM and GIS originate from different fields and are developed according to their specific needs. The BIM system is based on three-dimensional information(3D) technology, focusing on the expression of the largest detail of the object, while the GIS focuses on analyzing the objects that exist around us. However, the information exchange between the two fields is getting closer and closer. This paper focuses on GIS and BIM technology, and analyzes the application of BIM technology and GIS technology to visualize the city before construction.
