摘要
文章介绍了色谱技术的概念、原理及特点,重点论述了液相色谱法及其与其他质谱联用技术在食品中农药残留、添加剂及黄河湿地污染等检测中的应用。最后对色谱技术的发展前景进行了展望。
This paper introduced the concept, classification and theory and the characteristic of chromatographic technology, focused on the applications liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in pesticide residues, additives, toxins and other detection. Then the future development of chromatography technology was prospected.
