LED集鱼灯PWM调光电路及集群控制研究

Study on PWM Dimmer Circuit and Cluster Control of LED Fish-collecting Lamp

集鱼灯是应用于广域水面捕鱼作业的集鱼灯具,常安装应用于船舷或一定水深位置随船作业。本文设计了一种基于PWM控制技术的遥控调光LED集鱼灯。经试制验证,所述灯具灯光遥控可调,能完成单组128级、三组组合调光功能;通过预选灯珠,灯具有光谱分段选择功能;灯具工作在直流32V低压电压下,有用电安全特性;所述灯具有集鱼捕捞场景使用优势和集群与智能控制功能,能够实现智能集鱼捕捞作业。

Fish-collecting lamps are fish-collect devices used in fishing operations of wide water areas. When operation, the devices were usually installed at ship’s side or at certain depth of waters. This article describes a design of a remote-controlled PWM dimming LED fish-collecting lamp, proved by test, the lamp has dimming function when controlled by remote controller, with 128 stages of dimming in single channel, and can be combined by the three channels in one lamp;when use certain lamp beads, the lamp also has spectral selection function;and, the lamp works with the power of DC32V, do no electric harms to human being. This lamp is suitable when used in fishing occasions and also has lighting cluster and intelligent control functions to fulfill intelligent fishing operation needs.
