校园微信公众号服务平台功能需求调查及其分析——以合肥师范学院为例

Investigation on the Functional Requirements of Campus Public Service Platform:Taking Hefei Normal University as an Example

校园微信公众号作为校园信息传播的重要载体之一,在信息时代发挥越来越重要的作用。为进一步了解大学生对校园微信公众号服务平台的需求,采用问卷调查的方式,以合肥师范学院大学生为例展开调查,具体了解大学生对校园微信公众号的推送内容、形式与风格等需求情况,最后根据调查数据进行分析,提出有关提高校园微信公众号服务平台建设的有效性建议,以期发挥校园微信公众号服务平台重要作用。

This article takes the college students in Hefei Normal University as the object of investigation, using the method of questionnaire to investigate the content, structure, existing problems and style of the campus public number. Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire, we know the main content and style of the college students’ preference for the campus public number and their views on the form of the campus public number, which provides valuable experience for the construction and improvement of the campus public number, so as to promote the development and upgrade of the campus public number.
