摘要
仙鹤草(AgrimoniapilosaLedeb.)是蔷薇科龙芽草属多年生草本植物。因鞣质类化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、增强机体免疫力等药理作用,因此研究仙鹤草中鞣质成分对于充分开发利用仙鹤草资源有着重要的意义。方法:本实验采用乙醇减压回流提取法获得仙鹤草中含有的鞣质成分,通过大孔树脂与硅胶层析法对鞣质进行富集、分离,应用化学方法和高效液相色谱法对其进行鉴定。结果:90%乙醇进行提取,15倍量的60%乙醇可以洗脱出鞣质,样品6的峰5为目标化合物,方法安全简便,重复性稳定性好。
Objective: Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.is a perennial herb of Rosaceae.Because tannins have the pharmacological effects of anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and enhancing immunity,it is of great significance to study the tannins in Herba Agrimoniae for the full development and utilization of Herba Agrimoniae resources.Methods: The tannins in Herba Agrimoniae were extracted by ethanol decompression and reflux.The tannins were enriched and separated by macroporous resin and silica gel chromatography.The tannins were identified by chemical method and high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The tannins could be eluted by 90% ethanol with 15 times of 60% ethanol.The peak 5 of sample 6 was the target compound.The method was simple and safe with good repeatability and stability.
