霞草根总黄酮微波提取工艺优化及不同生长期含量动态变化

Optimization of Microwave Extraction Technology for Total Flavonoids from Gypsophila Oldhamiana Roots and Dynamic Content in Different Growth Periods

摘要 目的:优化霞草根中总黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,确定总黄酮含量最高的生长期,为霞草根的开发利用提供参考。方法:通过正交试验,对霞草根中总黄酮微波提取工艺进行优化;在最佳工艺,对不同生长期的霞草根中总黄酮进行分析。结果:最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比40∶1(mL∶g)、微波辐射时间40s、微波功率(解冻);霞草根总黄酮含量营养期最高。 To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Gypsophila oldhamiana roots,determin the growth period with the highest content of total flavonoids,provide reference for the development and utilization of Gypsophila oldhamiana roots.The microwave extraction technology of total flavonoids in the root of Gypsophila oldhamiana was optimized by orthogonal experiment,the total flavonoids in different growth stages were analyzed in the best process.The optimum conditions:ethanol concentration 80%,ratio of material to liquid ratio of 40 to 1 (mL/g),microwave radiation time 40 s,microwave power(thawing),the nutrition period of total flavonoids was the highest.
