摘要
采用一种新的方法合成中氮茚结构。以2-((叔丁氧基羰基)氧基)(吡啶-2-基)甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和硝基苯乙烯为原料在温和条件下(90℃)进行,无需催化剂参与合成目标化合物中氮茚结构。合成了一系列带有不同取代基的中氮茚化合物。
To synthesize medium azindene by a new method.Methods:With 2-(uncle butoxy carbonyl oxygen radicals)(pyridine-2-) methyl methacrylate(mma) and nitrobenzene ethylene as raw materials under mild conditions (90℃),without catalyst in synthesis of target compounds in nitrogen indene structure.Conclusion:A series of indenes with different substituents were synthesized.
