摘要 本文首先以水杨醛和乙二胺为原料合成了Salen配体,进而制备了四种金属Salen配合物。在此基础上,研究了四种金属Salen配合物在安息香催化氧化中的催化性能。在氧化反应中,我们对反应条件进行了系统优化,得到最优条件为:以Co(Salen)为催化剂,EtOH为溶剂,K2CO3为碱,空气为氧化剂,反应温度为80℃。最后,利用Co(Salen)催化剂在水中的溶解性能,我们用水萃取实现了Co(Salen)催化剂的高效回收,第2次回收所得催化剂在安息香的催化氧化中可以79%的分离收率得到产物。 Salen Ligand and 4 metal-Salen complexes were firstly synthesized by using salicylaldehyde and ethylenediamine as the starting material and the reaction activity of the 4 metal-Salen complexes were studied.In the following oxidation reaction,the reaction conditions were optimized and the optimal conditions are as follows: using Co(Salen) as the catalyst,EtOH as solvent,K2CO3 as base,air as oxidant and performing at 80℃.Finally,the Co(Salen) was efficiently recovered through extraction with water based on its good solubility in water.Using the Co(Salen) catalyst reused for 2 times,oxidation of benzoinwent smoothly to provide the desired product in 79% yields.
