This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of the artificial cultivation of cordyceps militararis and the application of cordyceps militaris in the fields of food,health care products,medicine and cosmetics ,and its future development direction and possible problems in research are prospected,so as to provide guidance for further development of cordyceps militaris industry.
