东胜气田试采井放空气回收工艺研究

Research on the Recovering Process of Vented Natural Gas from Pilot Production Wells in Dongsheng Gas Field

为挖潜增效,最大限度地回收东胜气田试采井放空气,通过回收工艺方案比选,结合放空气排放特点,提出了适用于东胜气田的低成本天然气回收工艺方案,通过经济评价表明东胜气田可采用制CNG回收方案,放空气回收项目回收期短,内部收益率高,风险较低。

According to the low-cost development strategy of Dongsheng Gas Field, the potential of vented gas of pilot production wells shall be tapped. Based on recovering processes comparison and vented gas emission characteristics,a low-cost recovering process suitable for Dongsheng Gas Field was proposed. Moreover,economic evaluation was performed on the process,the conclusion is that vented gas recovery by means of CNG is practicable,the recovering project of vented gas is short in payback period,high in IRR,and low in investment risk.
