FCC再生器跑剂原因分析及对策

摘要 延长石油一套180×104Mt/aFCC装置发生再生器跑剂事件后,通过开展工艺操作等排查,其引起再生器跑剂的原因为再生器旋风分离器二级旋风料腿断裂掉落。经对旋风分离器断裂部位重新更换以及对旋风分离器间连接件加固等措施实施,彻底解决了再生器跑剂这一影响。 After extending the oil set of 180 × 104 Mt/a FCC device to have a regenerator runner run event, through the process operation and other inspections, the reason why the regenerator run agent was caused by the secondary spin separator of the regenerator cyclone was broken. The effects of the regenerating cyclone on the fracture of the separator were completely solved by replacing welding and reinforcing the connecting parts between the separators.
