雨季原水水质波动条件下的自来水厂系统优化-水质保障和成本控制

摘要 混凝沉淀是常规水处理工艺的重要环节,混凝剂使用效果的好坏直接关系到污染物因子的去除效率。为了实现自来水厂在原水浊度较高且波动较大情况下的给水处理系统优化,通过烧杯实验,现场中试和生产实验,模拟出两种常用混凝剂(硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝)在不同浊度下的最佳投加量,结果表明聚合氯化铝对浊度、色度的去除效果明显好于硫酸铝且适用浊度范围宽、滤池反冲洗次数少,综合处理成本低。使用聚合氯化铝替代硫酸铝不仅可以保障供水水质安全,还可降低水厂综合运行成本。 Coagulation and sedimentation are key factors of conventional water treatment processes.The proper use of coagulant is essential to high removal efficiency of pollutant.To obtain the optimal operation for drinking water treatment system under condition of turbidity fluctuations,the optimum dosage of aluminum sulfate and poly-aluminum-chloride,turbidity and color removal efficiency and their impact on back-wash times of filter were compared through beaker experiment,model experiment and practical experiment.Overall,the poly-aluminum-chloride can be used to substitute aluminum sulfate for assurance of water quality security and treatment cost containment.
