摘要
乙基麦芽酚糠醛法水解会产生以碱式氯化镁为主的多种有机废弃物。据以往数据统得出,每吨的产物中会产生约2~3t废弃物,生产单位一般会把这些交给有资质的处理单位进行集中处理。但是这不仅会浪费了其中的主要成分氯化镁和其他有机溶剂,同时也给企业造成较重的经济负担,增加了乙基麦芽酚的生产成本。本次研究本着以降低成本和绿色生产为原则,根据固体废弃物的特性,经过试验完善了固体废弃物中氯化镁循环再利用工艺,使用新型分离装置让乙基麦芽酚生产过程中产生的固体废弃物与喷雾状态下的盐酸反应,很好的解决了产物中固体泡沫物的凝聚,实现其与主体溶液的分离。
Ethyl maltol 2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-4H-pyranone-4 is recognized as a food and drug additive with fruit flavor at home and abroad.In the process of producing ethyl maltol,many kinds of organic wastes (such as organic solvent,intermediate product,side reaction product,etc.) are produced by hydrolysis with furfural method.According to statistics,each ton of products will produce about 2~3 tons of the solid waste,the production unit will generally be handed to the qualified three waste treatment unit centralized treatment.This not only waste the main components of magnesium chloride and organic solvents,but also cause a heavy economic burden to enterprises,increasing the production cost of ethyl maltol.Based on the principle of reducing cost and saving resources,according to the characteristics of solid waste,the recycling and reuse process of magnesium chloride in solid waste has been improved.
