摘要
本文对两种化学合成类制药废水处理工艺进行了对比分析研究,结果表明:“水解酸化+双级UBF+CASS+复合深度降解反应”工艺技术更为成熟,基建和设备投资低,操作管理简单;污染物去除效率高,运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力高。若将该工艺用于此次搬迁项目合成废水的治理上,经济合理,能保证废水达标排放。
In this paper,two chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater treatment processes were compared and analyzed,The results show that: the process of“Hydrolytic acidification+Two-stage UBF+CASS+the composite degradation reaction”was more maturer,the investment in infrastructure and equipment was lower,the management was easier,and the removal efficiency of pollutant and impact resistance was high.If this process is applied to the treatment of synthetic waste water in the relocation project,it is economical and reasonable,and can ensure the standard discharge of waste water.
