摘要
目前食品行业发展迅速,第三方食品检测机构也随之增多,但在微生物实验室存在许多生物安全方面的问题,本文指出检测过程中存在安全隐患、实验室生物安全管理制度不健全、工作人员安全意识薄弱等这三个方面,提出大力推行HACCP制等相应的建议,进一步做好生物安全管理工作。
Now,the food industry is developing rapidly,and the third-party food testing organizations are also increasing. However,there are many bio-safety problems in microbiology laboratories. Such as the safety hazards in the testing process,the unsound laboratory bio-safety management system,and the weak security awareness of the staffs. One of the answers is implying HACCP system,which can make the bio-safety management better .
