老化-荷载耦合下叠层轮胎隔震垫的竖向力学性能 被引量:6

摘要 为研究叠层轮胎隔震支座(Scrap tire rubber pads,STP)在老化与不同荷载耦合下的轴压性能,选取180 mm×180 mm×69 mm的6层STP,利用老化试验箱和加载模具在100℃恒温及4 MPa、5 MPa、6 MPa作用下分别对试件进行77 h、154 h、231 h、308 h加速老化试验,对比试验前后加载模具力、试件外观、竖向极限压应力、竖向刚度和竖向变形性能的变化,得到它们随老化时间的变化规律。同时,在考虑老化前后STP竖向力学性能稳定性的基础上,建议选取5 MPa为最佳设计压应力。最后提出了STP的轴压破坏准则,修正了适用于叠层轮胎隔震垫的竖向变形性能公式。 In order to study the axial compression performance of scrap tire rubber pads(STP)under different aging-loading coupling,the 6-layer STP of 180 mm×180 mm×69 mm were selected.accelerated aging tests of specimens were carried out in a temperature-controlled weathering chamber at 100℃for 77 h,154 h,231 h,308 h,respectively,and the specimens were under the loading of 4 MPa,5 MPa,6 MPa,respectively.The change rule of loading die force,specimen appearance,vertical ultimate compressive stress,vertical stiffness and vertical deformation change with aging time is obtained by comparison between the test and the experiment.Meanwhile,on the basis of considering the stability of STP vertical mechanical properties before and after aging,it is recommended to select 5 MPa as the best design compressive stress.Finally,the principle of the axial compression failure of STP is proposed,and the formula of vertical deformation for scrap tire rubber pads is modified.
