ADAM33基因单核苷酸多态性与哮喘易感性关系的Meta分析 被引量:4

Meta-analysis of the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of ADAM33 gene and susceptibility to asthma in China

摘要 目的通过Meta分析探讨ADAM33基因S2(rs528557)、T1(rs2280091)、T2(rs2280090)、V4(rs2787094)位点多态性与中国支气管哮喘患者遗传易患性的关系。方法收集Pubmed、Web of sience、万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库中建库至2016年3月发表的有关ADAM33基因多态性与中国支气管哮喘易感性之间关联的文献,2名独立工作人员仔细评估所有研究,明确符合纳入标准的文献,提取每个研究中的信息,使用Stata12.1软件进行统计学分析。结果 Meta分析共纳入21篇病例-对照研究,包括哮喘病例3 918例和健康对照3 481例。S2位点和V4位点多态性与哮喘易感性无相关性;T1位点模型(A vs G)、(AA vs AG+GG)、(AA vs GG)与哮喘显著相关,为保护性因素;T2位点模型(AA vs AG+GG)与哮喘显著相关,为保护性因素。结论 ADAM33基因部分位点多态性与中国哮喘人群有一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship among ADAM33 gene S2(rs528557), T1(rs2280091), T2(rs2280090) and V4(rs2787094) polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to Chinese bronchial asthma in patients with asthma. Methods The Literatures between ADAM33 gene polymorphism and susceptibility of bronchial asthma in China were published from the beginning to March 2016, published by Pubmed, Web of science, Medline, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, et al. CNKI World Wide Web Knowledge Service Platform, and China Knowledge Network(CNKI). Two independent staffs carefully evaluated all the researches, clearly conforming to the standards of every literature, and summarizing the informations in each study. We used Stata 12.1 software for statistical analysis. Results Meta-analysis included 21 case-control studies with 3918 asthmatic cases and 3481 healthy controls. There was no correlation between S2 and V4 polymorphisms and susceptibility to asthma;T1 locus model [(A vs G),(AA vs AG+GG) and(AA vs GG)] was significantly correlated with asthma and was a protective factor;T2 locus model [AA vs(AG+GG)] was significantly correlated with asthma and was a protective factor. Conclusion The polymorphism of ADAM33 locus is associated with asthma in China.
