大学生创业能力测度指标体系及方法探析

A Preliminary Study on the Measurement Index System and Measurement Method of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Ability

鼓励大学生创业是解决就业问题的重要路径之一,但大学生创业风险大成功率低,对大学生创业能力进行测度具有重要的现实意义。分析了大学生创业的相关理论问题,从创业知识、创业技能、创业意识和创业品质方面建立了大学生创业能力测度指标体系;根据各测度指标属性得出4种测度方法,采用模糊综合评价法对测度结果进行汇总,并提出了测度工作流程和测度结果的分级方法。

Encouraging college students’ entrepreneurship is an important way to solve the problem of employment. However, college students’ entrepreneurship risk is high and their success rate is low. It is necessary to explore the indicators and methods for measuring college students’ entrepreneurial ability. This paper analyzes the related theoretical problems of college students’ entrepreneurship, and establishes an index system for measuring college students’ entrepreneurship ability from the aspects of entrepreneurship knowledge, entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial quality. According to the attribute of each index, four kinds of measurement methods are explored. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to summarize the measurement results, and the measuring workflow and the classification method of the measurement results are put forward.
