Rural Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the New Situation

党中央和国务院历来高度重视“三农”问题。随着“乡村振兴战略”的提出和“大众创业、万众创新”战略的深入推进,农村创新与创业掀起了一股热潮,并取得一定成效。但在发展过程中仍存在农村企业融资难、农业信息化不够健全、缺乏完备的创新创业教育体系和保险服务体系不够完善等问题。基于此,分析农村创新创业的现状,针对所存在的问题提出相关建议,为农村地区创新创业发展提供借鉴与参考。

The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers. With the proposal of “rural revitalization strategy” and the in-depth promotion of “mass entrepreneurship, innovation of all people”, rural innovation and entrepreneurship has set off a boom, and achieved some results. However, in the process of development, there are still some problems, such as financing difficulties of rural enterprises, imperfect agricultural informatization, lack of complete innovation and entrepreneurship education system and insufficient insurance service system. Based on this, this paper analyses the current situation of rural innovation and entrepreneurship, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the existing problems, providing reference for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas.
