政产学研用协同机制下卓越人才培养研究

Research on Ways of Cultivating Excellent Talents under the Collaborative Mechanism of Government, Industry, University, Research and Employer

立足国家对卓越人才培养的需求,阐述了政产学研用协同机制下培育卓越人才的原则以及理念,重点探讨了卓越人才培养的主要途径,提出应从科学构建培育模式、合理改进专业教学、切实加强实习实训、大力推广"订单式"培养、充分利用大学科技园、提升职业道德素质等方面着手,提高高等教育质量和卓越人才培育质量,实现政府、学校、企业、科研机构和用人单位的五方互动多赢。

Based on the needs of the country for the cultivation of excellent talents, the four principles and concepts of cultivating excellent talents under the collaborative mechanism in government, industry, university, research and employer are elaborated. It focuses on the main ways of cultivating excellent talents. It is necessary to scientifically build a breeding model, rationally improve professional teaching, effectively strengthen internship training, vigorously promote “order-based” training, make full use of university science parks and strict control professional ethics. Improve the quality of higher education and talents cultivation will help achieve the five-way interaction and win-win between the government, universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions and employers.
