摘要
高职院校一直是我国劳动力资源培养的摇篮,而高职院校中的人力资源管理专业要求学生能够学习好管理学与经济学、人力资源管理方面的基本知识理论,掌握人力资源管理的方法和技巧,具备解决人力资源管理问题的基本能力。结合实践,对国内高职院校人力资源管理专业人才培养模式进行分析。
Higher vocational colleges have always been the cradle of most labor resources training in our country, and human resources management specialty in higher vocational colleges requires students to learn the basic knowledge theory of management and economics, human resources management, learning the methods and skills of human resources management, and have a certain basic ability to analyze and solve human resources management problems. This paper focuses on the analysis and elaboration of the training mode of human resources management specialty in most domestic higher vocational colleges.
