摘要
随着“互联网+”、大数据等技术的快速发展,教育越来越重视学生核心素养的培养,对教师教学能力提出了新要求,同时大力推动了STEM教育的发展。通过对我国现阶段STEM教育状况分析,提出STEM师资紧缺和能力不足的问题。为提高STEM教师的教学能力,分析了STEM教师融合能力要素,构建了融合能力培养结构模型,并为我国STEM教师培养提出策略。
With the further development of technologies such as “Internet+” and big data, education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy. This puts new demands on teachers’ teaching ability and promotes the development of STEM education. Through the analysis of the current situation of STEM education in China, the shortage of STEM teachers and the lack of ability are obtained. In order to improve the teaching ability of STEM teachers, the elements of STEM teacher fusion ability were analyzed, and the structure model of fusion ability cultivation was constructed, and the strategy for STEM teacher training in China was proposed.
